The Anti-Recession Mindset

For many, these are challenging times. Our fight or flight reactions are primed. Business may no longer come looking for us and things are changing at a hair raising rate. Talk of double dip compounds the problem.

As a consequence, many find themselves unsettled and stressed. Ironically, just when we all need to put a zip in our step, many freeze.

It's been said that recessions are "contagion of affect". In ordinary terms, a recession is an idea-virus which starts as a thought and changes behaviour and thus becomes real. If it starts as a thought, where better to begin to change it?
