FACILITATING COLLABORATION
In this age of joint ventures, stakeholder groups and formal or informal partnerships, we have worked with companies to provide the following:
- Strategic Planning framework for 11 stakeholder groups used in 2-day planning conference
- Solving problems arising from a leading Partnering contract between two departments and a service provider
- Assisted nine organisations to develop a plan to create a single set of services prior to a merger
- Assisted six departments to design and co-ordinate the delivery of two key services - quickly and economically
